Hi CASHSWISS - actually, no. Thanks. Is Rubenstein a reputable outfit? And is it getting stock or cash for such effort? Hiring IR firms is quite common place though. Big companies tend to get a *free* [nothing is free!] ride because investment houses are eager to do business with them, you know, like PO, prefers, bonds etc etc. Smaller guys like JMAR probably have to put up some stock and/or cash. The crucial thing is that if it is done above board.
Also, IR has its functions, but not sure it is a sure fired way to support a stock. In the long run, the fundamentals are the only game in town. In the short run, awareness may not be bad, but awareness in JMAR case is probably an on/off switch. Y'know, hey, this company exists, check it out! The rest still relies on JMAR producing and Dr Martinez providing accurate outlook of the company
