On a Prodigy bulletin board there are comments about Acorn Venture spinning off Recticon. (This was a couple of months ago). A more recent comment from a shareholder who called the CEO, describes how the CEO was looking to buy shares from large shareholders by private transaction. (Asked the shareholder if he was interested in selling). AVCC also has a plan to buy back one half million dollars of stock.
