yes,i am--and i even get a message saying (not verbatim) "waiting for close program dialog box,if you wish to wait,hit any key,or otherwise hit shutdown" then i hit a key,and i get a message "system is unstable shutdown/re-boot" words to that effect. anyone ever run across this? max
