Harry; thank you for asking :-)

Appalachia might be a better vacation destination, but I wouldn't want to miss spring in the city.

Yes, I am all cash...now, a little on the late side. I went short a little on the early side & not being too comfortable with shorting got scared by the rallies. Then tried scalping the rallies (not a large number of shares, but for a large number of points). That worked to some extent until I got caught on the wrong side by not taking a couple of points to the upside. Such an optimist.

So it's been pretty confusing & wish I could catch just a glimmer of wisdom (aside from by reading your posts). This morning I thought, don't watch - it will all still be there in a week, a month whatever. But it also seems this is a pretty interesting time in the market.

What you said about your broker resonates..

My broker indicates most of his clients sold out last week to lock in profits or stop losses and have shifted into other stock that are now rising. Have we all gotten that good at believing the long term trend is always up or is a bigger fall coming? I am just thinking out loud.
