Henry and all - There's hardly any tech stock that hasn't been taken out and slaughtered in this current market. It just by coincidence happened at a time when JMAR was done with their warrant conversion. Be thankful that the conversion was done BEFORE this market drop. We can't blame the company for what's going on right now in NASDAQ, and painful though it may be -- it's part of being in the market. Stocks go up and they go down. It's fun when they go up ... but not when they go down. Let's hope the craziness stops soon, and things turn around. Betty
