I agree with you, ratherbelong. This could be an outstanding acquisition. Nor should FNCO's 39% of sales being in previously played be viewed as a disadvantage. Contrary to the accepted view, PPs have a lot going for them. Since the titles are all well known, the company can select the most popular and leave the rest. Unlike front line games which may (or may not) be hits, with PPs you have 20/20 vision. BTW, did you know that previously played and republished games shipped over 50% in unit terms of the entire video game market? (In dollar terms it was about 27%). Do you hear booksellers downplay paperbacks? Hardly - and it is the same thing.
