Does anyone believe these salesmen were renegades? I don't. This was 10% of sales. Was support staff at work supporting these non-existing sales? Was Legato getting word as to what compliments and complaints the new customers had? Did Legato have a registry of who the new customers were, who the IT staff was as such companies, what operating system was in use, and who the contact people were?

This make-believe sales arrangement was a wink and a nod understanding, and now the salesmen get to take the fall as they always knew they would.

I bought in a small position at 33 after the first dip, so this stock has not hurt me too much. But this is definite lawsuit territory, and this time there is certainly merit to the lawsuit.

I'll hold, because of the technology that LGTO has, but this stock will be bruised for some time in my opinion. There needs to be major shake-ups in management.
