Yuh.... the slower than expected growth in HDTV seems to have been a 99 issue....virtually a wash out due to politics, standards, etc...however, from what I can see now, we are entering the rebirth as TV stations begin to buy the necessary transmitting conversion hardware....talk a look at acrodyne.com (ACRO) ...they are saying the same thing..it also looks to me that a LOT more stores are now carrying HDTV ( heck COSTCO) has them now....

My sense that a rebirth is upcoming is my reason for interest in the NAB show and what it is likely to bring to the forefront....

maybe I'm hoping, but my gut tells me that the NAB show will do to HDTV what the auto show did to Fuel Cells and XYBR.....

time will tell.
