Claude, I respectfully disagree with your assessment of the precious metals.

NAP can produce Pd @ approximately $120/oz. I consider it very unlikely we will ever see Pd that low in the foreseeable future.

Gold & silver on the other hand are available in large quantities and the sale of huge Central Bank stockpiles means the price will remain in a narrow trading range for a while.

So I personally would rather own a mine that produces one of the world's rarest metals at a very attractive cost than a mine with good production but a limited market demand for it's product.
