Don't look for a class action suit or the SEC to help you.

The SEC is not your friend. The SEC serves to halt trading in stocks that leaves honest investors hanging with worthless stock. Stock made worthless overnight by the SEC. The SEC's charge is to protect NON-investors in a stock from buying YOUR stock from you. In other words, as a currect investor in a stock, the SEC works AGAINST YOU.

Class Action Suits are scams developed by slimy lawyers. 98% of all class action suit bring the BIG $$$ into the law firm's back account for the parners and gives a pitance to the people who lost their money on the investment. Typically the scumbag lawyers in back room dealings arrange for the Company to pay them, say, a million $ in "expenses" or legal fees, and to give something of relatively minor value to the shareholders who were hurt.

What do they care? What are the shareholders gonna do when they find they were screwed a second time? Sue? HA!

Many Companies look to these demands by class action attorneys like MOB SHAKEDOWNS. The Companies really MUST make the payoff to legal fees, or face a long drawn out expensive law suit.
