Hi Jean: The future negative affect that Bre-X will have on the juniors will be in their inablity to raise additional funding for exploratory and developmental work. As I have already stated in a previous post, I believe that the share prices of all other junior resource companies have already discounted the "final chapter" of the Bre-X effect to a large extent and I do not believe that we will see a total "melt down" in this mining sector with exception of those companies who have ties with Indonesia or with Walsh. We all know that the junior resource sector are speculative plays which adds some daily interest to some of our other investments. Juniors that are currently well financed and with good fundamentals will survive this crisis and may even benefit from it as the regulatory environment in the Canadian mining industry is tighened up. One must always remember that Barrick, Placer etc all started out as a junior and for this reason we will continue to keep some of our investment dollars in this sector.

Regards

Wayne
