FWIW last night's deal was an IR presentation, mainly to some local Vancouver brokers. 506 restricted offering at $7 SB10 to be filed in a couple of weeks, IR anticipated to the BB 45 days after that.. I'm not so sure...it'll depend on the number of comments they get back, when they get them, and how fast they can clear them. I'll wait and read the filing. IMO the server is key here. Some of the rest, live streaming video, etc. I've heard similar before....DSNY etc.
