Its a good thing you are confident John. Unfortunately the rest of the investment community / Wall Street does not share your confidence.

What you do not seem to be grasping here is that this is not an issue of short-term fundamentals of the company. This is an issue of the stability of the company's future - which clearly is favouring the unstable!

A couple Analysts are starting to understand what has happened here and will likely get worse. Yesterday the courts ruled that MSFT's years of success was based in part on illegal practices. This is significant for determining future prospects of MSFT's fundamentals. WHY? Because now that some of the practices MSFT had used to be successful are considered illegal, it is only logical that the remedies will be put in place to stop MSFT from continuing with these illegal practices. This means that MSFT's fundamentals in the long term will be impacted to the negative (i.e. revenue / marketshare gained from illegal practices will not be in MSFT's business model).

Soooooo, you can be confident John (or post over and over on this board in almost a "Stock Promoter" fashion) but the truth is that this decision and future related outcomes from this decision will damage MSFT's long-term fundamentals - something Wall Street is realizing and responding to.

Cheers!
