Rande Is: Another excellent post. If NASDAQ hits 3800, I'm going to take 1/3 positions in stocks on my "Buy" list: CIEN, CREE, JDSU, NTAP, PMCS, SUNW, AMAT, SDLI, SEBL, VRTS, PMCS, TERN, SLR, EXDS, SNDK, AMCC, TXN. My advice, FWIW: when you re-enter, stick with mid and large cap stocks with visible earnings. Avoid internet and biotech stocks. Avoid your "favorite" small cap or unknown play. These may take a while to bounce back, if at all. When it returns, money will flow back to the "sure things".
