Good post. On the money about the "sales" and support needed for the sale or scheduling shipment/installation, training, etc. A couple of salespeople did not just slip one past the rest of the organization for 1/8th of 1Q revs.

Let's face it. The CFO should have been gone last time, and the CEO should go as well after this bit of fraud.
