March 14th was the Clinton-Blair statement that...."they wanted free public access to genome project findings."

The Microsoft court case falls into the same psychological category.
The government "wants free public access to Microsoft's code sequences."

The public doesn't understand both of these statements are politically motivated and both are "Nonsense".....

SO the traders are playing off the public perception and selling out the market.

It has nothing to do with interest rates, oil, CRB Index or inflation.
It has all to do with psychological expectations. If the Clinton's can do it to the bio's and do it to Micro then they will do it to the Internet's and the Tech's.

As you said Good-bye to the Bios say Good-bye to the Tech sector.
