Strains credibility, yes. But it really depends on if these contingency revenues are eventually booked. Just the existence of the contingency clause forces the revenue recognition to be pushed out, even if the products are now installed and being supported by the Legato organization.

If the product has come back, then it sure looks like good ol' channel stuffing. I guess we'll know more Apr 19 after conf. call. There might just be a question or two about it, do you think? ha!
