Hi Tim;
Winspear, as far as they are concerned today, has a view that Aber only has a 16% interest. As far as they are concerned, Aber has already lost it. Aber is fighting to get it back.
That statement says that both parties have put up their money for the AEP
I would think Aber has put up enough to cover their 38% position and WSP has only accepted about half of that cash.
