I think this is unavoidable. Most of the time the bullies and better marketers win, the Lawyers always win. As far as I know however, the MSFT suit is about a web browser and harming consumers. Letting the government run things is a double edge sword. What do you think would happen to the markets if the govies went after INTC? Jim
