Hi lml:

Actually, the biggest beneficiaries of a rate reduction
are probably telecom stocks. Telecom companies (ILECs and
CLECs alike) and cable companies are the biggest debt
guzzlers around. The spread over Treasuries on their debt
has increased a lot since the Fed got started.

I expected the Nasdaq fall and took good advantage
of it. I think we saw the bottom today, but I expect
some retest in the weeks ahead.
