Keith, Paul, other interested posters. Today aco announced poor earnings and stock dropped by over 2 1/2. I have large position and probably will not add. However I did call cfo. My take is that cash offer of 14-14.5 is still on track and the adverse reaction was earnings related not merger jeopardy. After cash dividend you will have half the company, perhaps worth 4-5 dollars. FWIW, no guarantees.
Also fpc by cpl is looking better and better.
