Hi Tom,

Sorry to make this board sound like a "yes-men" club, but I too was happy with the way WebBroker held up today. I did get a few notices about not being able to access account info, but trades went through fairly smoothly.

Lots of good buys and good byes today...I was able to get in on the upside of several. The panic selling/capitulation was a good sign and something that I was looking for before getting in.

Like you said, this increasing volatility is only good news for OLBs. One possible fear is that if we go into a bear market (which we won't) individual investors will be burned and will be less likely to trade. However, this correction has taken the air out of the hype and things should be much more rational going forward. This blow-off to the downside should be constructive for the markets in general and I believe we will see a rally by the time earnings season rolls around in a couple of weeks.

Take care,
Tom C.
