George, IDC quadrupled in a matter of 4 days during the last week of 1999. When it failed to sustain its move in the new year, I quickly moved my profits elsewhere, leaving a small position. I am going to adjust my IDC position based on the developments of the patent trial in Texas. I'm assuming that the Harris vs Ericsson TDMA patent infringement lawsuit, also in Texas, is just one of many leading indicators offering clues on the chances of a settlement in this case. Up to this point, it looks like a fight to the finish for ERICY against IDC and against Harris. Play by play of the Markman proceeding is at the RB IDC club. Gus
