"Through fiscal 1997, the Company had shipped over 800,000 disk drives, consisting primarily of 3.5-inch drives. JTS began shipment of Nordic disk drives to Compaq in the second quarter of fiscal 1997; however, to date volume shipments of 3.0-inch drives have not occurred." .............hmmmm , not surprising regarding 3 inch problem...when they said ship, they meant shipping a few prototypes...no explanation??? anyone have any theories?? did they fail compaq qualification?
