Well Hal your thoughts of the following -

would differ from the judges because in fact this is the one area of the governments case he rejected due to 160 million copies of Netscape being distributed. So this idea of your was not even supported in the findings. Also this judges ruling is full of rhetoric and erroneous "FACTS". For instance take the following from page 12 of the ruling "With respect to the latter assertion, Internet Explorer is not demonstrably the current "best of breed" Web browser, nor is it likely to be so at any time in the immediate future." This is demonstrably false in that IE won 9 out of 10 reviews. Even if you prefer Navigator you have to admit that IE is one of the best of breed - i.e. a very competitive product.
