Bruce: One of your former Poorman's stocks, VDIM, announced that their proposed buyout offer has been removed from the table. Stock was down 40% today. Don't know how it will affect them long-term, seemed to be a nice company before the buyout was announced. They also announced earnings and a stock buyback (wonder if they were buyers today???).
