I guess it all depends on whether one feels Descartes has the fundamentals to support its stock price. Personally I believe Descartes has much better fundamentals than companies such as UBS, Cell-Lock, Microforum, etc. The latter companies simply have visions, however Descartes is clearly implementing its business plan, securing revenue generating contracts, which will lead to profits in the very near future.
