For a day or two there will be this feeling of depression about the case. In the long term, what matters is the business and revenues and earnings. How about this for an outcome MSFT appeals. Bush gets elected and drops case If no bush or If looses appeal; goes to supreme court. MSFT settles 2 yrs form now. Or you get 3 MSFTs each with 20 Billion in revenues and 3 stock for MSFT stock each at 100 or you have tripled your money I wouldn't be stupid to sell it here, I am strong buyer. Just wait and see the action around earnings.
