I heard that before and believed it but, not now. How can you keep anyone from owning stock? I worked for GE for 1 year. All employees have the option to buy stock with after tax $$$'s with no transaction fees. You can bet they at least have GE stock in their 401-k plans. I have personally heard Maria mention GE's stock(after a guest call asking about it) several times back in February when it showed no signs of life. She said..."yeau what about GE stock? Our parent company. It doesn't seem to do anything these days after hitting all time highs back in December.
