oh my! I just figured it out.. when you goto the account balances page you now get an OLD balance.. to get your REAL balance.. you have to click on your account #.. that will log you to you what used to be the only account balance page.. and that will show you what you really have.. jim (wondering if I should write a book about how to be an Etrade customer and survive)
