14:20 ET Cowen On The Market : Believes that correction is 75%-80% over; says fundamentals of the economy remain solid and that the tech sector is in good shape; would be a buyer of large-cap names. Would think this could factor in too.....(she would have said this I would guess by the timing near the bottom of today) A.
