The finacial market in China is so small compare to Hong Kong, most of the heavy weight and high tech(actually low tech) start up IPO in Hong Kong, of course the best come to US. It's true though, Shanghai has the best potential, but it'll take years before it can get catch up with Hong Kong.
Do you know Alibaba in China, they're doing B2B, I believe GS has money in it too.
