LOS ANGELES, Apr 4, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MVEE, MVEEE), an independent and diversified movie production company, today announced that it has been informed by the NASD that it is in compliance for continued listing on the OTC Bulletin Board. The symbol will change back to MVEE and will occur on April 5, 2000.
