johnd- it acted exactly as expected today and I added where indicated yesterday. Not as much as intended as I do not believe it completely over. The evidence points to Jackson just being vindictive in the msft case from the day he permitted the 19 AGs to be involved knowing he could sway them into believing they can come back with more $$ from msft than the tobacco companies. He also knew it would be impossible to get all to agree on any settlement therefore keeping him from looking like what he truely is. The whole thing has less political motives than is thought here IMO but is strictly Jackson trying to get even after the last trial where he was made to look a little foolish,,, sad he will allow the economy of the world to go to hell just so he can say "Gotcha!!". JMO of course but that man needs bridled..
