Stories like that break my heart. They really do because there is probably a family involved and who knows what kind of investing or advice he has received. Not very good advice if he mortgaged! I was hearing the very same things the last time the market corrected some. Makes me think it is the bottom - but maybe too late for guys like that. :-(
