hb, Boeing was playing "big company futures contracts." Basically, the big co. agrees to buy commodities are a certain price over a certain period of time. If the price goes up, they force the little co. to deliver in good faith. If it goes down, they say "tough hockey puck," and leave the little guy holding the bag. The little guy is forced with eating the losses or losing the future business of a major, in fact, THE major customer. I think TIE has a lot of guts to sue them.
