That was a bit different than the confusion promoted by the clowns on Yahoo TSEM and certainly more bullish. No wonder they couldn't respond to my probes. I like that Tower and Toshiba are in good cooperative agreement and that they wish to avoid the secondary until other factors like stock price improve. MOT looks like the third partner. They have to be interested since INTC has been blocked. They even may be aggressive and want to take a direct equity stake like Toshiba. Do we have a hot number here, or what? I wonder if those who sold at 14 5/8 understood what they were selling? Maybe they did. Maybe jail gave them no choice.
