Those opinions were stated live on CNBC today approx 1 hour before the market closed. I don't have a link but there is a possibility that you might find it on cnbc.com website. They had 3 guys on to talk about the market technicals, John Bollinger ( Mr "Bollinger Bands" ), Ralph Block of Raymond James and my recollection is that the 3rd guy was Art Hogan from Jeffries (? ).
