Lawyers suing one corporation against another using this piece of shit; just increases cost of products. What I would like is a system where loser pay court costs and legal fees. If your expert witness is lying; you lose case period; plus expert witness is liable for damages;and if legal firm encouraged lying to get bigger settlement,they should also be held accountable. That would stop the lying; and filing of scam lawsuits. Without honesty, there can be no justice.
