PlayStar Announces New Appointment

ST JOHN'S, ANTIGUA, Mar 31, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- PlayStar Wyoming
Holding Corp, (PSCKF) NASDQ OTC BB.

Playstar is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Levenstein as its
Internet casino consultant. Mr. Levenstein's primary responsibility will be to
work with management in developing Playstar into a complete Internet gaming
company. This will be accomplished with a dramatic improvement in the quality
and variety of products offered, including enhanced graphics and software, in
order to enable Playstar to seek licensing opportunities on a world wide basis.

Bear Stearns, in a recent report on Internet gaming, forecast an increase in
revenues from $2 billion presently to $8 billion three years from now. It is
Playstar's mission to become an important part of this emerging industry.

In other matters, Playstar will be announcing shortly its plan of action
regarding a recently filed lawsuit against the company.
