I usually print out my orders and sometimes the Fills and copies of account (holdings). Had a problem similar to this with options; 3 executions instead of 1. After a big hassle, Lombard made it right, but I had proof its system was acting squirrelly. Talk with their compliance department. Don't screw around with the brokers; they can only tell you what is now showing on their system not what had been showing on the system.
