BP, i agree that the press releases were to stem the flow of blood... however i disagree with this: << Why not? Is MRVC really subject to contractual contraints that prevent them from releasing such information? Hell no. Nobody else is. They are simply struggling with their old mentality that says, "Don't let the competition have any clue about where we are at, how our marketing is doing, or how well our products are doing in the market place. Let's sneak up on them." Again IMO Noam has a lot to learn about press releases designed to prop up the stock.>> keep in mind, until MRV spins off the OA division, this division sells to competitors of other MRV competitors. that's what makes it difficult to announce names on contracts.... now, dollar amounts are a different thing... they should announce something that will allow investors to quantify the contract.
