Cal,
I see it in a different light. perhaps,the delay by HAW mgmt. was a
serious effort at accuracy & correct timing. EOP is not a situation that is in their field of control,so efforts in this (all important)
realm,cannot be gauged. After BRE-X is gone(and with it 71,000,000 oz.
gold) it will be a better world for us all.
