What I heard, and this is hearsay from the CNBC chillun, "AJC says that she is 'enthusiastic' about stocks at these levels". Not exactly the "AJC says that she is re-allocating here cash level to 10% and moving 25% back into the specific stocks that the Piffer OT folks are holding" that we were looking for.
