Cambridge is named Global Alliance Partner of Commerce One's
solutions
Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:CATP) (Cambridge), a global e-integration services provider, and Commerce One, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRC), the leader in global electronic commerce solutions for business, today announced a non-exclusive global alliance to provide business-to-business e-commerce portal solutions, including strategy consulting and end-to-end systems integration services for organizations worldwide.
Under the terms of the alliance, Cambridge Technology Partners and Commerce One intend to establish a comprehensive sales, marketing, technology development, and solutions development program for the delivery of Cambridge's integrated e-commerce solutions in conjunction with the Commerce One MarketSite Portal Solution to their mutual customers.
