Amazon.com Lawn & Patio, which opened today, sells outdoor grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers and other popular or hard-to- find products. The new site comes one month after company President Joseph Galli said Amazon.com wanted to add services, increase retail partnerships and expand internationally to take advantage of its brand name. It already sells books, music and videos over the Internet. The site's address is amazon.com. Amazon.com shares fell 2 11/16 to 61 1/4 in midmorning trading. Apr/05/2000 10:21
