I am not aware of any side deal with ABX if I am wrong I am sure I will be corrected. ABX can buy as much as it wants Phil. It only has to make an announcement when it accumulates 10% of the capital of the company on the open market. It also must convey in the theoretical NR what its intentions are ie., hostile takeover or investment purposes etc. Believe you me Phil, knowing the leaks on this stock from its past performance, if there was a whisper of takeover in the wind, she would be flying at twice what she is at now. A few measly shares traded by DS just doesn't cut it.
