Jon, Hello once again. Just a short note of my "25 year old Chairman" .... Sky is in reality a remarkable young man. To have accomplished what he has over such a short period of time, it would be difficult not to be proud. EarthLink, however, is not "just" Sky Dayton. We have over 700 staff who work very diligent at providing reliable high speed Internet service all day every day of the year. Just recently we rated the number two Internet Service provider out of 10 behind only AT&T ... and the only reason we weren't rated number one was that our wait times during peak periods got as high a 30 mins while they were doing their review. (I am happy to report that our average wait times on a 24 hrs basis over the past three weeks is less than 8 mins and going down) I run all aspects of EarthLinks operations personally and can assure you that "Sky's ego" has no bearing our operational decisions made in the company. cgb
