I bought in because I have been a Cognigen agent for a few years and the business is real.

I have very little idea about what either the structure of the business is (in terms of what do the shareholders actually own as opposed to what does Kevin Anderson own). I have very little idea HOW cognigen is raising money with SLTH stock. I have very little idea what their plans are to do with any money they raise.

Do I sound like an idiot or what? But hey, Kevin Anderson did a great job with Cognigen at a time when the rest of the web was pathetic. Cognigen actually makes money which it would seem is a good thing but maybe not with an "internet" stock :)

If anybody out there knows much about this company, please let me know.
