Let me be the first to say... I've lost all confidence in the management of this company. NCD does not have a leader. John D. is probably the best guy they have. They should put Rudy's nose back in the account books and let John D. run the company...unless they can attact some dynamic leader from outside. If they can't run the company, sell it to someone who can. I can just see it now. A company such as Dell offers $6/shr in a buyout. Bob & Co. refuse because they think they can get more. They continue to run the company...into the ground. And eventually sell for $3.
